Greetings beloved,
Some of you may recall, in the month of our 10th Anniversary service, a brief announcement at the close of service of Dawn and I planting a church in Virginia. This is the official announcement to reaffirm in the hearing of all those concerned and needing clarity, that yes, we are still on course and in process to uproot and plant our lives in the Hampton Roads District of Virginia. The name of the church will be Covenant Life Revival. The impression of Virginia was given to me in and around 2003. We have no known family there nor have we ever visited, until October of 2006. Our visit to the cities confirmed all the council, dreams, words spoken and events preceding and leading up to this moment. It will be exactly two years in this upcoming month of June, that Dawn & I officially stepped down from our senior leadership roles at Jubilee. It has been a time of waiting in prayer and careful consideration to prepare us for this high calling to serve God. Dawn & I wanted to take the time to show our appreciation to all who have supported us through our time here in Eugene. And also, present our heart and vision to those who have an interest to support and be involved to help us make our transition successful.
Our call is clear, call the citizens of Virginia back to its covenant roots
Our vision is clear, seeing to the rebuilding of lives through covenant relationships
Our purpose is clear, to duty ourselves in the commission of discipleship, mentorship and stewardship
Will you join us in this cause for Christ? To fulfill the Great Commission to restore a region that has been named the “Covenant Root State”.

Dawn & I have planned to be bi-vocational pastors during the infancy of Covenant Life Revival.We are believing, in faith for God’s miracles with the same token of adding works to our faith to receive continued provision after our transition. We are calling on hearts to add their works to their faith with us, for this season of sowing. It has been brought to our attention that others are seeking to uproot and relocate their lives and family to Virginia.
We are quite aware of all the questions and concerns one might have about making a challenging decision such as this. We have scheduled a time to offer more insight and detail information for those who have need to offer further support or are discerning God’s call for them to go to Virginia.
